Maria A. Aristidou is an artist, illustrator, and cake designer who splits her time between Cyprus and the UK. After accidentally discovering she could paint with coffee instead of watercolors, she began experimenting with the medium.

Similar to watercolors, she fills cups with different blends of coffee to get a variety of sepia tones. Then she transforms a blank canvas into art, such as this insanely detailed R2-D2.
