Matchbox twenty front man shines on his second solo album, produced by Matt Serletic. Thomas created much of the primarily up-tempo collection in his home studio in New York over a two-year period. While the beats may be bright, much of the subject matter is dipped in darkness: First single, "Her Diamonds," is about a couple dealing with one partner's illness and is loosely based on his wife's battle with an auto-immune disease.
