We loved his Sirius Black cameo in last year's final "Harry Potter" and just this year Oldman earned his first Oscar nomination -- for an ace performance in "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy" -- but it's still not the same as Commissioner Gordon. In many ways the heart and soul of Nolan's trilogy, we've seen Gordon rise from beat cop all the way to Commissioner and his (fake) death was one of the most wrenching elements of "The Dark Knight." We don't know what's in store for Gordon in the final film, but the idea of seeing Oldman in the role one more time is as irresistible as anything else we expect from "The Dark Knight Rises."
