Michael Pena
Why he'd be good: Chameleon-like actor who can play mean, funny and/or heartbreaking, has proved his chops in projects as various as "Crash," "Observe and Report" and "Eastbound and Down," and would make a great balls-out insane bad guy.
Why not: He's just not recognizable enough, which may be part of his skillset, but probably wouldn't help him land this part.
