BEST KNOWN FOR: Writing 'Lethal Weapon,' creating the action movie archetypes of the '80s, 'Kiss Kiss Bang Bang'
PROS: He and Downey have amazing chemistry, and Black has a wit that's razor sharp, one that would be perfect for the comedy tone that Favreau set with the first two movies.
CONS: He's never made a giant effects movie, and he's still commercially unproven as a director.
