Best known for: "Tron: Legacy"
Pros: He's the hot, new, fresh and talented face on the scene that everyone wants to work with.  Has proven his mete in the commercial world for years.  Knows how to work with visual effects and just judging from the previews has already brought "Tron" into the 21st Century. 
Cons: Unclear how good he is with actors. Disney may have him locked up on "The Black Hole" remake and a "Tron" sequel. Plus, he's American!
Chances:  If Disney would let him take two years off before the next "Tron," probably better than you'd think.
