David Slade
Best known for: "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse"
Pros: He's arguably directed the best and most action packed "Twilight" so far and has a keen eye on display in "Hard Candy" and "30 Days of Night."
Cons: Hasn't made a ton of friends on the studio side along the way. Is he ready to jump into another committee-like project so soon after "Eclipse"?
Chances: Remote. This doesn't seem like Slade's next move and with the paycheck he got from "Eclipse" he can afford to be picky…for quite some time.
