Music cred: As a member of Destiny's Child she sold over 40 million albums worldwide.  As a solo artist she's had one #1 hit and a #1 R&B chart hit with "Motiviation" last year. She also has two global dance blockbusters over the past three years with David Guetta, "Commander" and "When Love Takes Over."

Why she would be good: She's been praised for doing the same job on the British version of X-Factor and she's a more relevant artist considering Nicole Scherzinger's rather unsuccessful solo career.  She also has no qualms about speaking her mind.  Beyonce and Jay-Z were keeping the sex of their new baby quiet?  Kelly either didn't get the memo or just didn't mind letting it slip. That sort of attitude can lead to intriguing live TV.

Why she could suck: If anyone has followed Kelly on Twitter you know she can seem a little off at times. And does she really want to give up that globe-trotting party lifestyle for a few months a year? (We're not kidding).

Chances: Very good. Rowland has been rumored to replace Scerzinger ever since the latter burned audiences bridges during the season. She has to be one of the leading candidates. - Gregory Ellwood
