Last year Meryl Streep entered the record books (some would say "finally") as the third actress to win three Oscars. She already holds the record for most nominations (a whopping 17) and that won't likely be broken any time soon, but it had been nearly three decades since she had last won. A spirited Weinstein Company campaign pushed her on ahead of the frontrunner to finally get her there. But something tells me there's plenty more where all of that came from.
