TV Season Preview: Fall 2009's Worst New Shows
From the unseen 'Forgotten' to new 'Melrose Place' the unwatchable 'Brothers,' counting down the season's worst
#11 - 'The Forgotten'
"The Forgotten" (ABC) - Premieres Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 10 p.m.
The jury is still out on "The Forgotten," which recast several major roles, including refocusing the show from a true ensemble into a show with Christian Slater and a surrounding ensemble. Critics have only been treated to 10 minutes of clips, which looked boring and earnest and Bruckheimer-y, which means it probably would have been a hit on CBS and ABC will have to struggle figure out what to do with it. Incidentally, I have no problems with being wrong and writing a rave review of "The Forgotten" if it turns out to be good. At this second, though, I can only preview based on what I've seen.
