Likelihood of Death: 35%
Gustaf Skarsgard's Floki is a fan favorite. Not only is he deranged and hilarious and not only does Skarsgard -- Yes, Stellan's son and Alexander's brother -- give every line a quirky reading, but Floki has relatively kempt hair and facial hair, making the character easily recognizable. Perhaps that's why "Vikings" scribe Michael Hirst keeps teasing us with Floki's demise. He's been wounded a couple times and last season he seemed to be on the verge of betraying Ragnar, which is as close as you can get to a death sentence if you're not Ragnar's blood. But Floki keeps surviving and I keep writing in my notes, "If they kill Floki, I'm out!" Well, that's a great way to tease your fanbase, but at a certain point, you can't cry wolf forever.
Why They Might Survive: I assume many viewers would riot if Floki were killed, but as the new season begins, he's back in Ragnar's good graces and he has a cute, toddling daughter. In fact, in the first 10 minutes of the Season 3 premiere, he's heard complaining to his beloved Helga that he's too happy. Uh-oh. Nobody should be too happy on "Vikings."
