Sookie's brother Jason and Bill's sire Jessica came clean about their secret romance to Hoyt (who was both Jessica's boyfriend and Jason's best friend...at least until he found out). Jessica told Jason she can't handle anything serious and isn't ready to drink his blood, but they're clearly not ending things any time soon. When she leaves him to go feed, Jason has an unexpected guest at his front door: anti-vampire activist and Fellowship of the Sun reverend Steve Newlin (Michael McMillian), now sporting fangs.
