Worst Comedic Performance: Jim Carrey, "Yes Man" (2008)
At the height of Jim Carrey's career he was on fire at the MTV Movie Awards, where he managed to take home the "Best Comedic Performance" trophy a whopping four years in a row. He then inexplicably won again over ten years later for "Yes Man," which - let's be honest - was basically a less-successful variation on 1997's "Liar Liar." But my bone of contention lies not necessarily with the fact that Jim Carrey won, but that he won over both Anna Faris in "The House Bunny" and Amy Poehler in the vastly-underrated "Baby Mama." For my money, that's skirting dangerously close to "crime against humanity" territory.
