You'll never guess how early Europe gets Marvels' super group debut
First global opening: Australia, Belgium, France, Italy and New Zealand on April 25
Other nations who get to see it first: Argentina, Chile, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Israel, Netherlands, Brazil, Colombia, Norway, Paraguay, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, Singapore, Portugal, Russia and Slovenia
U.S. opening date: May 4
Lowdown: Many Avengers fans, including this writer, have been waiting for Earth's Mightiest Heroes to assemble on the big screen since we were kids. Something seems a tad unfair that our friends down under and in Europe get to see these home grown creations realize their cinematic potential first. Then again, airline ticket prices really don't skyrocket overseas until May. If you've looking for an excuse to cross the Atlantic you've got one. A bigger concern for Marvel, however, has to be that with so many countries getting the film early here is no way cameos, secret endings, scenes after the credits and major details won't be revealed weeks before the opening. That could be very good or very bad for word of mouth.
