"Bachelor Pad" - ABC
Sure, it's a natural extension of "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" to find an outlet for the rejected, but it sure seems like the very worst form of recycling. Gather a bunch of broken hearted singles into a house, ply them with alcohol, encourage them to hook up with one another, then dangle a $250,000 prize in front of their noses to promote backstabbing, competition and fighting. Some call it entertainment, some think it's one step closer to snuff TV.
