The wives are leaving the air, but that doesn't mean you can't find suds elsewhere

"Grey's Anatomy/Private Practice" - ABC
These two aging series may not last much longer than "Desperate Housewives," but they will likely remain reliable soap delivery systems until they, too, go off the air. Though both series have moved (at least slightly) away from the loopy, sex-centric drives of their early years to focus on baby making, that hardly means there isn't a lot of bed hopping, adultery and betrayal. The only difference is that now it sometimes results in a visit to an adoption agency or an unexpected (but usually adored) kid or two.
