Andrew Dominik's last film was "The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford," so even if all we knew is that this movie, based on the novel "Cogan's Trade," is his reunion with star Brad Pitt, that would be enough to get us excited. But this crime story looks like a strong chance for Dominik to play to audiences that missed his gorgeous elegy for an American West that may never have actually existed.
