Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino - "Jersey Shore"
While it can be argued that the entire cast of "Jersey Shore" is on the crazy side, The Situation wins hands-down in the crazypants run-off. Whether he's trying to ruin Snooki's relationship with Jionni while simultaneously wooing her (hmm, not effective) or just annoying his cast mates so completely they refuse to speak to him, he seems determined to establish himself as the most annoying part of a frequently annoying TV show.
