For the first time in YouTube history, a video has garnered more than one billion views, and it happened just this week. South Korean pop singer-rapper Psy's "Gangnam Style" unseated Justin Bieber's "Baby" as, now, the most-viewed YouTube/VEVO vid of all time. -- coincidentally (heh), the two artists now share the same manager. This viral video proves that a language barrier won't keep the horsey dance from international acceptance and acclaim.
