The 'Empire' cast convenes
"Empire" is an upcoming FOX drama from the team of Oscar nominee Lee Daniels ("The Butler," "Precious") and Emmy winner Danny Strong ("Game Change," "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay").
It centers on an aging music biz mogul (Terrence Howard), whose whose three sons and ex-wife are all battling for his throne. Think of it as a hip-hop take on "Game of Thrones" or Shakespeare, only with less beat-downs and more beats.
