Lowlight: Mario Lopez wants to make us love Snooki, Mike Fleiss sends 'H8r' up in smoke
In the nearly two weeks of the Summer 2011 Press Tour, few panels earned as much ire from incredulous reporters -- Yes, I'm talking about me, but not only me -- as The CW's "H8r," which Mario Lopez kept presenting over and over again as a great way for viewers to enjoy watching celebrities crush ordinary people.
"I think the celebs just taking part in the show or showing so much courage and the audience is already rooting for them because of the fact that they took the time out of their day and put in an effort to kind of win this person over is kind of cool," Lopez said.
Yes. Thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule, premiere guest star Snooki.
By the end of the panel, the frustrating discussion turned to Mike Fleiss puffing away on an electric cigarette, which somehow seemed much less offensive in context.
