Troops Choice Award Winner: Sandra Bullock
America's military forces voted and Oscar winner Sandra Bullock received what has to be one of the most touching people's choice awards you can get: the Troops Choice Awards. It also got Bullock to make one of her first public appearances since her breakup with Jesse James over the past few months. And call us biased, but doesn't she look great?
