Good: Carrie Underwood
So many of the outfits we've seen tonight have just been so, so bad, I'll overlook the white bustier Carrie Underwood is wearing under her dress (it probably looked fine until a million flashbulbs popped in her direction). The color is fun. It fits well. Let's just leave it at that.
