Good: Taylor Swift
She (or her stylist) could give a tutorial on being trendy without being ridiculous. Bangs work. A full-out pageboy? Not so much. Short works. So short you need a ratings sticker? No. Sexy but not slutty, chic without letting a label wear her instead of the other way around. Well done.
