Good: Julia Louis-Dreyfus
I feel a little bit like she wears a version of the same dress at every Emmy Awards, but that probably isn't fair. The truth is, this silhouette works for her body type, plus the bordeaux color (which seems too heavy for such hot weather but works beautifully with a variety of skin tones) is elegant and flattering. Yeah, the hair is a little too Hester Prim for me, but maybe she wanted to keep it simple. Or she just really, really likes those earrings.
