Best: Angelina Jolie
Angelina Jolie hasn't made too many fashion missteps since that unfortunate Vampira look she wore to the Oscars oh so many years ago, and though this may be another black dress, this is how it should be done. A little bit of shine, a blush colored lip and a gold clutch/bracelet combination makes this outfit much more than basic.
