There is so, so much to like about this Jean Paul Gaultier. The elaborate cut-out pattern, the bright pop of color, the coy, polo-inspired design. The truth is, on someone else this might work. But for some reason, this dress makes Fergie appear to have no discernible waist, plus the granny panties? Ample coverage, yes, but not so hot. Paired with way too much spray-on tan and a hairdo that, while perfectly presentable, is just too harsh, this all adds up to what is ultimately a masculine, unflattering vibe. But hey, nice color, really.
