Best: Angelina Jolie
It's tough for Jolie to blow it on the red carpet (well, at least in recent years - we still remember that Morticia Addams Oscar look), but this may be one of her best looks ever. The pops of red on the dress, the clutch and on her lips add edginess without being over the top. Gorgeous.
