Best: Ellie Kemper
It doesn't hurt that she's adorable, but this rust-colored Armani Prive is an unexpected (but perfect for her) color, has plenty of sparkle, and is otherwise perfectly simple. It could be argued that she'd be able to see where she's going if she cut her bangs, but still, good outfit.
