Best: Natalie Portman
Okay, it took me a second to realize she's wearing polka dots, which sort of kills my enthusiasm for this outfit. But as she's not up for an award, I'll let it ride. It's a cute dress, the jewels make it look more expensive and kudos to her for taking off the baby weight.
