Granted, the "Modern Family" star looks good in almost anything, but it doesn't hurt when she's looking good in Vera Wang here. The fabulous emerald earrings are the perfect finishing touch.

The hottest lady I saw on stage had to be Martha Plimpton; I have no idea if she worked it on the red carpet but her dress was amazing on stage. Agreed that this was a rare miss for Margulies. Perhaps she didn't want to bore; but elegant works for her and this did not.

You also left out Maria Bello, who was simple and shiny and lovely.
