Oh, look! RuPaul's is looking so jaunty in his double-breasted jacket and yacht-worthy pants... WHAT ON EARTH ARE THOSE SHOES? There are mandals and there are sandals and then there are glorified flip-flops that should not be worn outside of Santa Monica. If he'd been wearing a nice sundress, I'd be fine with these, by the way. But this Shifty Lazar cross dresses on a hot day thing is not working.
