Cate Blanchett very, very rarely screws it up when she walks the red carpet. But this looks a bit like something a Kardashian sister might wear when she wants the tabloids to know she's sporting a baby bump. LOOK AT MY STOMACH! MY STOMACH! Not my eyes, not my boobs, my STOMACH! Do I have to wear a SIGN? Geez! If it wasn't so blindingly white, though, it might be a nice outfit. Maybe she just needed one of the hobbits to be able to find her in the crowd or something.
