Besides the fact that the bare elastic waistband makes this look like a discount ice skating uniform, there's the little matter of the hair. It's fine that she looks completely unlike Kate on "Lost" (for wearing the same clothes and hair for seven years, she'd be forgiven a buzz cut and a trenchcoat), but it's not good hair. I can see at least three different colors, the red tone is brassy, plus it looks a bit like someone attacked her with a dull Lady Venus razor on one side. This may be for a role, but she might have wanted to toss on a hat. Or a wig. Or stay home. Her harsh make-up (hello, lipliner!) paired with the hair and the abundance of disco glam make her look like she's waving at the grandkids before she hops onto the Carnival cruise to try her luck at the slots.
