Good: Garcelle Beauvais
It's simple, a little sparkly but not crazypants-bedazzled. The clutch is nice. The cuffs on the sleeves are a nice, subtle detail. Are the shoes a little dated? Maybe. She tried, but not too hard. She might have already had this in her closet, so she pulled herself together and went to a party. Good for her.
