Bad: Kelly Rowland
I was going to say Kelly Rowland looks great in anything... until I saw this. Maybe I'm just over the side slit trend, but her bodice looks like it's trying to leave the building. Paired with the pencil-head hair and the blah shoes, it's just not her best moment.
