What we would like to see: The smoothest operator in the "Star Wars" universe, Lando already had one of the most interesting character arcs in the original trilogy when he went from ambivalent ally to traitorous Judas and back again in the second half of "Empire Strikes Back." At the conclusion of that film, Lando was firmly a backer of the rebel cause, but how many adventures did he get into before he ran the show in the Cloud City? Imagine Lando at the center of an elaborate, David Mamet-style con man film with him swindling and smooth-talking his way across the galaxy, dodging bounty hunters and debt collectors left and right.
