From: 'The Phantom Menace'

What we would like to see: You have Liam Neeson and Ewan McGregor together and you kill one of them off before the end of the first film?  Honestly, I just want a movie full of Jedis fighting bad guys, lots and lots of them, with their Jedi powers scaled at the same level as what we see in the best of the animated 'Star Wars' shows.  Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan were such a great physically dynamic pairing that I feel like you could do a big rough action ride and it would work, something more 'Raiders' than 'Star Wars.'  We've seen the fall of the Jedi, and we've seen an age after they were extinguished, but we've never seen them in the full blush of being Jedi, noble warrior-monks guarding the galaxy and keeping the peace.  That's the sort of possibility that makes this Disney deal worth celebrating.
