First Appearance: Amazing Spider-Man #9
Powers: Control of electricity, as well as powers of flight and superhuman strength.
Pros: The villain's power over electricity could lend the sequel a sort of disaster film quality, with a place as large as New York City falling part at the seams during perpetual darkness. Likewise, seeing Spidey dodging lightning bolts could be a thrill.
Cons: Another somewhat old-fashioned villain whose main powers would be hard to render for the big screen without looking too cartoonish. Likewise, his comic book origin (basically "Regular Joe struck by lightning") is a little too similar to too many other better-known characters.
