Though both bands are touring separately for the majority of the summer, they'll come together under one banner beginning in mid-August for what has been charmingly dubbed the "Honda Civic Tour" (a series that has apparently been going on since 2001). New Orleans-formed alt-rockers Mutemath will open for the pair of nu-metal juggernauts - who by that point will both be touring behind their latest respective albums (Linkin Park's new studio set hits stores on June 26) - on all dates. Those who consider the late '90s to be the halcyon days of rock 'n' roll can buy their tickets beginning April 27.
