What's this?! Tim Burton and stop-motion guru Henry Selick teamed up to create a new holiday tale told with old-fashioned animation and Danny Elfman's bouncy, bubbly songs. Although it disappointed some on its initial release, a visibly passionate cult soon emerged around the film and it has since become a holiday season staple. Although Burton and Selick failed to re-capture the magic on their flawed follow-up, 1996's "James and the Giant Peach," we'll aways have Halloween Town.
