No. 10 - 'Ringer'

No. 10 - 'Ringer'

You're the showrunner of a low-rated series about two women who, as the intros liked to say, shared the same face. You separate these twins in the pilot and then have the characters working at cross purposes to ruin/fix each other's lives. You don't know for sure that your show is being cancelled, but you can kinda see the writing on the wall. But rather than crafting a finale that at least brings the twins together, answers some questions and offers some satisfying resolution, you craft a finale that offers no answers, no resolutions and keeps the darned main characters separated, as if you're going to live to fight another day. WRONG. The only thing worse than a leaden, needlessly complicated, horribly acted piece of trashy soap is a leaden, needlessly complicated, horribly acted piece of trashy soap that screws its miniscule viewership out of even an iota of closure. "Ringer" would be closer to the top of this list, but why even bother reminding people "Ringer" was part of the 2012 TV landscape?
