Sampling M.I.A.'s "Paper Planes" (itself built around a Clash sample), "Swagga Like Us" allowed four of hip hop's biggest stars to take over the Grammys for the night. The performance starts out with a very preggers M.I.A. (who somehow refrained from showing her middle finger) singing the hook, before the boys come onstage, dressed in snazzy formal wear. Some audience members are still clapping. The song was nominated for Best Rap Song and won the Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group.
