Her “MDNA” album may have been a flop, but the tour behind it was a raging success, even if she was making her audience mad by going on several hours late in cities or they were making her mad by smoking in the venue. The Material Girl proved she still had it as  the MDNA tour was the top-grossing tour of 2012, raking in more than $200 million.
