Let's give the Bieb a fifty percent on this one. From the waist up, he looks just fine. From the waist down... that's another story. The dropped waist, super-tight pants look like leg warmers gone wrong, and then the shoes? I think Hugh Hefner is looking for his Friday night snuggle party slippers.
