Good: Hayden Panettiere

 This Marchesa may be a little old for her (she's only 23), but it's a showstopper. The gauzy blue adds texture and visual interest, while the rest of the gown is a nice complement to her tawny complexion. Clearly, she isn't the cheerleader type anymore, and maybe that's the point.
