Sorry, but this sort of screams "LIZA WITH A Z!" And really, can't we just leave the spangled minidresses for women of a certain age to her? It's a little too Vegas, a little too short, and just because you can wear it doesn't make it age appropriate.  I'd prefer she lowered the hemline and went sleeveless, as this doesn't look like something anyone would want to wear in 90 degree heat.
