Bad: Amanda Peet

If you want to be comfortable at the Emmys, stay at home and watch in your pajamas. Yes, we know it's griddle-hot, but this is one step removed from a Target sundress. Blah color, no shape… and a tiara? Words fail. The back of this isn't bad at all -- but from the front it's meh. Maybe she just needs to work on her pose.
