Good: Rihanna

This is so... not what I expect from Rihanna. No wild hair, no extreme exposure -- the wildest, sexiest thing about this is her nails (those are pretty great). Maybe Oprah worked her over during their interview, I don't know. But, except for the fact this dress is perfectly acceptable for brunch or church, it's, you know, nice. We'll let it go this time, but don't go all soft on us now, Rihanna!
