Played: Carol Burnett in "I Do Do," "The Fabian Strategy," "Live Show," "Double-Edged Sword"

You see... He's a dude, but he shares his name with a certain female comedic icon and he's played by Oscar winner Matt Damon, so... Yeah. Carol and Liz were a perfect couple because she wasn't ready for a relationship, but he was constantly traveling in his capacity as an airline pilot. Generally the role was Matt Damon being a good-natured straight-man, but the tarmac fight in "Double-Edged Sword" is a high-intensity stroke of comedic brilliance. Damon also gets credit for having the guts to appear in the first of two "30 Rock" live shows.
